Welcome to Sitara Retreat Kenya (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking our rooms, wellness programs, or retreat services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservations must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as indicated at checkout.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information for booking verification.
- Prices may change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings maintain the original rate.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, mobile money, bank transfer, or any method displayed at checkout.
- All charges are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional services or upgrades at the retreat will be charged separately.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days before arrival qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- “No-shows” will be charged the full booking amount.
- Retreat packages with limited availability may have stricter cancellation terms.
6. Wellness Activities & Participation
- Participation in wellness sessions (yoga, meditation, fitness, excursions, etc.) is voluntary.
- Guests are responsible for assessing their health condition before taking part.
- We are not liable for injuries or health complications arising from misuse or physical overexertion.
7. Use of Facilities
Guests must:
- Follow safety guidelines for all amenities.
- Respect property, staff, and fellow guests.
- Avoid any disruptive or harmful behavior.
Damage to property may result in additional charges.
8. Pets Policy
Sitara Retreat Kenya has a “no pets” policy. Pets are not allowed within the premises.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Natural occurrences (weather, insects, wildlife).
- Third-party service failures (transport, excursions).
10. Intellectual Property
All website content—including images, logos, and wording—is the property of Sitara Retreat Kenya. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Republic Of Kenya.
