“After the safari, my husband and I wanted to relax on the coast, so we chose Diani Beach.
While searching for a hotel, we found this guest house the best place.
It is located 5-8 minutes from the beach, easy to walk straight along the path.
The area is fenced and safe. The staff is very polite, kind, smiling, we felt at home.”

“Amazing staying. Just come eat drink, swim and rest. Perfect location, near to kongo river, ocean and airport.the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food is so good, prices very fair. The crew are very nice and the landlords are soo helpful. They gave us some tips and also brought as to the airport (possible when they have time). And finally. Because it was possible they accepted to offer us the late check out. We appreciates so much! So just one advice: Gooooo to The afters and enjoy!!!”

Wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit bestem Personal und gutem Essen. Nur 6 Zimmer und gerade das macht es aus. Gerade, weil es nicht direkt am Strand liegt strahlt es eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Es ist jedenfalls für uns genau das Richtige Hotel um runter zu kommen

If you’re looking for a private, peaceful, and quiet getaway, this is absolutely the place for you. The location is convenient as well, with tuk-tuks easily accessible right at the gate whenever you need transport.
The staff were amazing — warm, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and looked exactly like the photos: beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Every morning breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day.
Sitara Retreat feels less like an Airbnb and more like a home away from home. would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Diani.
